It’s Almost December …

Can you believe it??? It’s almost December!!! Are you busy getting ready for the Holidays?  I am anxious for this weekend to start my holiday decorating!!!  I have finally started making my handmade gifts for this season, and need to get my holiday cards ready, and start baking!!! SO much to do!!

I’m pretty sure I haven’t shared these on here yet, since I’ve just gotten them off my camera!! *blush*  LOL. I did my cousin’s wedding invitations & Thanks You cards this past summer and their favor tags for the wedding.  Below is a picture I snapped of the favor on the table before the dinner, the others are the Thank You Cards.  Enjoy!

So it’s been another million years since my last blog post.  Naturally I caught a cold that turned to pneumonia – so again I’ve been doing nothing creative, especially this week that I’ve been off sick.  I’m on the mend and the antibiotics are working their magic – so I thought I’d leave you with some lovely Halloween pretties!! I’m in lOVE!!!

Hello blogging world!!!!  So I’ve been MIA again ….. I’ve been sick with my first head cold of the season – and its still not quite gone yet.  Anyways … I’m almost done my 3 mths stretch of working OT (only 3 more days!!)  So I will have my free time back to get CREATIVE!!! I have lots of idea running through my head and can’t wait to bring them to life!!!  In the mean time I’m going to leave you with something I’m SO in lOVE with!!!! I can’t wait for this movie to come out OCTOBER 16!!!!!  “Where The Wild Things Are” has been my FAVE book since I was a kid!!!

Good Saturday Morning!!!

It’s the last weekend of my vacation, and this is where I’m spending it!!!!

 

I love rollercoasters!!! I usually try to get here once a year, MUCH more fun and MUCH bigger coasters then at Canada’s Wonderland, so its worth the 3 hour drive!!!  I’ll leave you with some fun pics of the crazy rides I’ll be on ALL day today, well until midnight actually!!!  I’ll be back with a new post on Monday.  Have a great weekend :]

Heather Hambleton is the illustrator for all of the Humble Pie Sweetie Pie  images.  Heather is an uber talented artist! Her images are the cutest!  She tells us she has been drawing ever since she was old enough to hold a pencil.  We we are so happy to have her as part of the Humble Pie Design Team!

This sweet, beautiful girl is only 19 years old!  She is creative beyond her years!  I predict a fantastic future for this girl!

Here is what Heather shared with me:

Hi there! My name is Heather Hambleton and I have recently started designing stamps for a line called Humble Pie! I live in Southwestern Ontario, Canada, and I am a former Beal Art student.  I have been drawing since I was old enough to hold up a pencil. Drawing is definitely what I would call my one true passion in life!  But when I’m not drawing I can be found at the gym or reading a good book. I am super excited to be designing for Phebe’s new HUMBLE PIE stamp line at ‘The Town Scrapper as she is just such an exceptionally amazing lady!  Hopefully all goes well and you will like my images as much as she does!!

Technical Difficulties

So I know I said I had something exciting to share today …. well I’m having some serious technical difficulties with my laptop – and my poor little baby is going to have to go into the shop :[  Unfortunatly the place I take my laptop is only open Monday - Friday until like 5pm .. and I work out of town until then *sigh* So I'm not sure what I am going to do yet.  I will post when the laptop is all better and carry on with my RAK as promised!!!
